Lukas Höh

Technology is the answer, but what was the question? „

Hey, I’m Lukas Höh. Interaction designer and innovation expert based in Cologne, Germany.
I studied Integrated Design at the Köln International School of Design, TH Köln. While studying at KISD, I was able to put my research on human-computer interaction and multi-screen-scenarios into practice for yello Strom, O2, Thyssen Krupp, FALKE and Telekom.

After my studies, I organized the PLATINE Festival for alternative game media as curatorial director for over seven years, 2010-2016. This was followed by various interactive projection mapping projects, exhibitions at media art festivals and the Bundeskunsthalle Bonn with my own collective Klangfiguren. In 2018, I curated the exhibition Polare Räume as part of the Next Level Festival at the NRW-Forum Düsseldorf, and returned there in 2021 as a jury member for the Coding da Vinci Culture Hackathon.

From 2015 onwards, I was co-founder and managing director of the digital agency for digital brand experience FLUUR GmbH, where me and my team realized a large number of award-winning digital experiences and augmented reality projects for Vaillant, Telekom, Vodafone, E.ON, SIEMENS, Toyota and Volkswagen. Since 2020, I have been giving workshops at irregular intervals for young creatives at the Treibhaus agency campus.

I currently work as an innovation manager in the strategy department of the television station WDR, where I focus on trend reports, trend research, and strategy papers with an emphasis on spatial media and simultaneous media use. At the same time, I work for O2 Telefónica in the innovation department of customer sales and service, where I focus on customer interactions and innovation projects such as AI avatars.
